Our Approach

Artistry cannot thrive without wellness. Understanding the unique professional, personal, and systemic challenges that independent creators navigate, we have expanded our mission to offer dedicated resource support, professional advocacy, and restorative spaces tailored to the Black creative community.

OUR INITIATIVES

The NOIaRtist Collective is a dedicated organization and membership network engineered to support, empower, and elevate Black women working across the arts and entertainment industry. Through immersive wellness workshops and career resources, the collective nurtures both the woman and her art.

The Black Artist Kickback isa monthly gathering that completely rejects industry pressure and replaces it with rest, healing, and play. With a strict policy of no work allowed, this free initiative offers local Black artists across all mediums a dedicated space to safely disconnect, build organic bonds, and just be.
